Partnering to deploy SAP for a major multinational Oil & Gas company

Specialized Outsourcing has been selected to be a strategic partner with one of the world's Top Five consulting firms. The main objective of the partnership is to deliver quality expertise for SAP deployment across one of the African operating units of a major multinational oil & gas company.

"Our partner required us to provide specialists in core SAP areas such as Materials Management, Plant Maintenance and Financials", says Segun Oni, CEO Specialized Outsourcing. The main challenge was the need to provide specialists with deep experience in the oil & gas and related industries.

Today, Specialized Outsourcing has successfully deployed six individuals to the SAP implementation project. These specialists bring to the team a good blend of diverse backgrounds, international exposure, broad oil and gas knowledge, project management capabilities and deep SAP implementation skills.
