2001
Specialized Outsourcing limited was set up in 2001, focused within the SAP solutions marketplace. Specialized Outsourcing's activity started in the field of Oil & Gas Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, with the implementation of SAP, and quickly extended its offering to support large Business Process Re-engineering projects, care of the large management consultancies.

2002
In 2002 Specialized Outsourcing Consultants formalised the start-up of its resourcing division, with the recruitment of an in-house team further enabling the ability to scale large enterprise wide SAP implementations. A rapid upturn in the roll-out of European template projects saw an increase in Specialized Outsourcing European capabilities and relationships quickly followed with PricewaterhouseCoopers across Europe. A period of rapid growth followed with high volumes of African template roll outs, and the wave surrounding the ERP-SAP revolution as well as Oil and Gas work increased as Specialized Outsourcing continued to assist with the significant savings seen throughout the 90's across back office systems.

2003
In 2003, Specialized Outsourcing began its expansion into "long-haul" markets, targeting some of Africa's largest global organisations and gained new status as preferred supplier to large management consultancies Nigeria and the Middle East. We continue to build relationships, form strategic alliances and partnerships with large management consultancies, as we grow with the boom in ERP implementations in emerging economies.
